No, unfortunately due to the way that TradingView does their secondary time aggregation, it is not currently possible.

How do I extend the ATR Level lines in TradingView?
While you can't extend the lines in the same way as thinkorswim, there is a workaround. Click on indicator settings. Go to the Styles tab and turn on Price lines for the levels you want extended.
